INVADE Co., Ltd. handles a large quantity of personal information in its business management, so the Company sets forth this Policy based on its code of ethics, establishes a personal information management system, and shall implement these as part of its corporate responsibility.

Handling of personal information

INVADE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") presents this Privacy Policy and respects the privacy of the using companies, cooperative companies and organizations, etc. (hereinafter "the using companies, etc.”) using the Service provided on the basis of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter "the Service") as well as the person using the Service (hereinafter “the User”), and shall handle the User's personal information (in accordance with the definition below) by paying careful attention to its management.

"Personal information" refers to information relating to an individual User containing details such as name, address, phone number, email address, company name, school name, etc. that can be used to identify the User. Disclaimer regarding third party provision

In the following cases, the Company does not bear any liability in relation to the acquisition of personal information by third parties.

When the User personally specifies personal information to the using companies, etc. using functions of the Service or other means (For details regarding the handling of personal information by the using companies, etc., please contact the relevant using company directly.)
When information entered in the Service has accidentally led to identification of the individual
When personal information has been obtained from the User on external sites linked to the Service and is subsequently used
When someone other than the User has obtained information that could identify the User (ID, password, etc.)

Outsourcing of personal information processing

The Company may outsource part or all of its personal information handling work. Moreover, the Company is liable for the handling of personal information at the outsourced party.

Restrictions on obtaining sensitive personal information

As a general rule, the Company does not obtain personal information containing the items listed below. However, this does not apply when the User has personally provided said items.

Items that constitute social discrimination based on race, ethnicity, lineage, permanent domicile (excluding information relating to current prefecture of residence), physical/mental disabilities, criminal record, etc.
Items relating to workers’ right to organize, collective bargaining, and other collective action
Items relating to participation in mass protests, exercising the right to petition, and exercise of other political rights

Identity verification

When registering members of the Web services or when members use the Service, or when dealing with requests for disclosure, correction, deletion or cessation of use of personal information, etc., the Company checks the identity of the individual by means of information that can identify individuals (including name, address, phone number, date of birth, email address, member number, password, etc.). However, the Company is not liable when someone other than the individual has obtained and used information that can identify the individual.
